- Click on the More option at the Ambulance Centers Evaluation icon
- Click on enter service
- Log in or create an account
- Create a new account
- After registration, the application is reviewed and after approval, login information is sent
- Reset password from beneficiary
- Registering entity data
- A ticket is opened to follow up on the application
- When the application is approved, an email will arrive with a link to access the self-evaluation page
- When filling out the application, click Send
