2. Opening Tickets:
– Users must open a ticket and ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.
3. Classification of Tickets:
– Tickets will be classified based on their type (complaint, suggestion, inquiry, support).
4. Tracking Ticket Status:
– Users can track the status of their tickets through the electronic system on the platform.
5. Closing Tickets:
– Tickets will be closed after the issue is resolved, with a user evaluation of the service provided.
6. Escalation Mechanism:
– A mechanism will be provided for escalating tickets if the user is not satisfied with the solution provided.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
– Ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of user information.
