The Saudi Red Crescent Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Elm Company, represented by SRCA Assistant president for Shared Services, Eng. Yasir bin Tariq Al Rayes while Elm was represented by Abdulaziz bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, Vice President of Business Sectors on the sidelines of the Authority's participation in the Global Health Exhibition 2024, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center - Malham, from October 21 to 23, 2024. According to the MoU, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and Elm Company will explore cooperation opportunities in developing digital products and platforms through innovative models. The agreement also covers providing services such as (consultations, outsourcing operations and inspections, data analysis, and artificial intelligence).
Additionally, the MoU outlines that the two parties will sign a formal agreement to define their commitments and rights if collaboration opportunities arise.
The MoU also allows for the possibility of each party collaborating with other entities on projects and coordinating the necessary studies to achieve the goals and requirements.
