The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Al-Baha participated in the “Ṣum Biṣiḥḥa” (Fast with Health) initiative aimed at promoting health awareness. The event was organized by the Al-Baha Health Cluster in cooperation with the Al-Baha Municipality, and the Red Crescent’s participation included 50 male and female volunteers along with 3 ambulance teams at the Al-Hawiyah Walkway in the city of Al-Baha.

Sultan bin Saad Al-Malki, Director General of the Red Crescent branch in Al-Baha, stated that the participation involved providing medical check-ups for participants to help promote public health and prevent diseases.

The initiative witnessed significant engagement and turnout from participants and attendees across various age groups, who benefited from the awareness activities, educational sessions, and events conducted as part of the initiative.
