His Excellency president of SRCA, Dr. Jalal bin Mohammed Al Owaisi and the president of the permanent committee of international humanitarian law, launched this Sunday a training course titled "Introduction of International Humanitarian Law" in Crown Plaza Hotel in the Digital city in Riyadh.

His excellency indicated that the objectives of the course is to introduce concepts of the International Humanitarian Law, its historical development phases and sources; the mechanism of enforcing its principles, knowledge related to international organizations concerned with the international humanitarian law, the required knowledge to monitor and document violations of international humanitarian law and to provide introduction about the permanent committee of the international humanitarian law in the Kingdom to increase awareness of individuals in military sectors on the importance of committing to the international humanitarian law.

His excellency also stated that the course is dedicated to militants and humanitarian and relief works staff as well workers in government and humanitarian authorities and organizations as well university academic staff for three days.
