His Excellency the President of SRCA, Dr. Jalal bin Mohammed Al Owaisi met in his office today the regional director of IFRC-MENA, Dr. Husam Al Sharqawi and his accompanied delegation. During the meeting, both parties discussed mutual interests in training programs and exchanging expertise between the two parties.

His excellency gave a presentation on activities in the ambulatory work field conducted by the Authority and praised the humanitarian role made by IFRC in providing relief aid and coordinating with institutes and international bodies that concern in elevating tragedy suffered by affected countries of crisis. 

From his side, the regional director of IFRC-MENA stated that the Authority is considered an essential partner in many humanitarian aspects in the Kingdom, expressing his appreciation to efforts made on ambulatory and humanitarian fields.

After the meeting, IFRC-MENA delegation also visited the National Ambulatory Center of Command and Control with dr. Al Owaisi for a presentation of its preparations and work flow of Operation Center
