During his visit, Al Owaisi toured the training center and inspected the simulation rooms dedicated to various emergency scenarios. These scenarios included pediatric emergencies, the "Governor's Excellence" program, medical conditions, and injuries. He received a detailed explanation about the building, its departments, and the major achievements in the region during 2023.
Dr. Al Owaisi commended the initiative that enabled the Saudi Red Crescent Authority to attract experienced and professionally qualified trainers from within the organization. This initiative aims to increase the annual training capacity for course applicants and reduce training costs while building the capabilities and skills of emergency service providers in accordance with international standards to improve quality. He noted that this initiative aims to raise public awareness among citizens and residents about first aid, reducing the demand for emergency services for non-urgent cases.
