His Excellency president of SRCA, Dr. Jalal bin Mohammed Al Owaisi announced the success of SRCA Hajj ambulatory plan this year. He stated that the Authority executed the plan successfully in deployment of ambulatory teams and air ambulance to serve Guests of Allah at the entire areas of Makkah Grand mosque, sacred areas and Al Madinah Al Munawara.
Dr. Al Owaisi also extended his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, May Allah protect them, on the success of this year’s Hajj season as pilgrims completed their Hajj rituals in ease and tranquility where every manpower and material capabilities were provided by health, security and service sectors to raise the level of services provided to pilgrims from the moment of their arrival until they depart to their families. He also highlighted that the integration of efforts that showed the ability of the Saudi individual in running such a great event is considered a replication of the high level of readiness and enormous capabilities of the Kingdom.
On the other hand, the assistant president of SRCA, Faisal Al Sulaimani, stated that results of the statistical reports of various teams in the Authority reflect the quality of performance for everyone during Hajj season 1443 H, especially the days of Tarwiyah, Arafah and the days of al Tashreeq, pointing out that the Authority harnessed all its human, material and technical capabilities to come up with an exceptional Hajj season to ensure the provision of the best emergency services to pilgrims.
He also pointed out that the Authority provided over 97 permanent and temporary ambulance centers, and manpower of more than 2,000 employees in many medical, ambulatory, administrative and technical specialties supported by an integrated fleet of vehicles comprising approximately 320 ambulance vehicles equipped with the latest technology and medical devices, 23 motorcycles and 4 golf carts; in addition to the qualitative response fleet of 16 qualitative support vehicles for disasters and events and crises management in the field to send everything that happens through sound and image to the command center.
Al Sulaimani concluded that the authority has allocated more than 150 staff at the Medical Dispatch Centre in the Holy Capital City to receive 24-hour emergency reports in more than 7 languages, reflecting the authority's ability to deal with various emergency calls it received, and cases encountered in various languages.
