H.E president of Saudi Red Crescent Authority, Dr. Jalal bin Mohammed Al Owaisi and accompanied delegation visit the Prophet's Mosque in his expanded investigation visit on work flow at SRCA branch in Al Madinah Al Munawarah as well observing main works in the region and business indicators during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

His excellency also visited volunteers center located in the Holy Mosque meeting the staff on duty at the Mosque and listening to their thoughts on volunteering works development in a serve to the visitors of the Prophet's Mosque.

Dr. Al Owaisi received a presentation from Volunteering Department highlighting main achievements of opportunities for volunteers and methods of dealing with them and provide training for them.

At the visit, his excellency met The Assistant General President for the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque, Dr. Mohammed bin Al-Khudairi, discussing volunteering efforts in the Holy Mosque and SRCA contributions to raise number of volunteers to serve visitors and provide highest healthcare to them.

The investigation visit comes in time with the announcement by The General Directorate for the Affairs of Masjid Nabawi that the number of volunteers served in the Holy Mosque for the last 20 days of the Holy Month of Ramadan reached 1593 volunteers of 42 nationalities, including SRCA volunteers; where they provide health care and awareness to the visitors and have preparations for transferring emergency cases to Health institutes.
