As part of the preparations for this year's Hajj season 1445 H, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority participated in an introductory exhibition for Hajj participants held from the 11th to the 18th of Dhu al-Qi'dah 1445 H in the capital, Riyadh.

His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami, Director of General Security, inaugurated the exhibition and reviewed the preparations of the participating entities, including the readiness of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority to serve the guests of the Merciful.

The SRCA's participation in this exhibition is in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the program to serve the guests of the Merciful, aiming to enhance the provision of the best medical and ambulance services to the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba.

In line with the integration of entities during Hajj seasons and the activation of the role of first responders to the most common emergency cases during those seasons, the Authority trained approximately 480 trainees from security sectors on various basic medical emergency skills.

The participation of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in this introductory exhibition is part of its ongoing efforts to ensure the provision of the best medical and ambulance services to the honorable pilgrims during Hajj seasons. It also reflects the Authority's interest in participating in relevant exhibitions and conferences to spread awareness and medical emergency culture.
