The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Eastern Region, in collaboration with the "Damy" blood donation Center, organized a blood donation campaign on Monday and Tuesday, June 30-31 2024 at Al-Othaim Mall in Dammam.

Dr. Khaled bin Radhy Al-Anazi, Director General of the Authority’s Branch in the Eastern Region, explained that the campaign is one of the community initiatives organized by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, with the participation of its staff and volunteers, in collaboration with various public and private entities. He added that these efforts are part of the Authority's humanitarian endeavors to raise awareness about the importance of first aid and saving the lives of the injured and sick, as well as to educate the community on the importance of blood donation to achieve sufficiency in blood banks in the Eastern Region.

The campaign received 75 people donated their blood, and the Authority expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the contributors to this noble and humanitarian initiative.
