The Saudi Red Crescent Authority concluded the Hajj season workshop and forum attended by H.E president, Dr. Jalal Al Owaisi accompanied by heads of the committees and teams who participated in Hajj season.

Dr. Fahad Al Hajjaj, SRCA vice president, started the works on the first day with an opening speech to review the main challenges encountered by the Authority with innovated methods to encounter them; after that the General Director of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Mustafa Baljoon delivered a presentation on Makkah emergency center and obstacles it witnessed during Hajj season 1443 H with recommendations presented.

The forum during the three days works also discussed work environment optimization for the participants and other issues that noticed in the last Hajj season to study solution methods.

Work model of Al Madinah emergency center was presented discussing the mechanism of assigning ambulance vehicles and their maintenance work as well as transportation and mobilization mechanism to support the coming Hajj season 1444 H; and the mechanism of nominating the workforce with early preparations in coordination with related government resulting in innovated solutions from technological perspective and electronic systems in the Authority.

The workshop concluded the third day reviewing the resulted recommendations then president Al Owaisi delivered his speech to thank the attendances for their contribution and their deep interest to reach the goals of this workshop for the expectation to have continuously developed ambulatory services coop with the support provided by the Government of the Custodian of the two holy mosques.
