The forum began with an opening session where His Highness Prince Abdullah Al Saud delivered a welcoming speech, expressing gratitude towards attendees, supporting entities, and work teams. The organization of this forum served as a confirmation of the pivotal role played by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and its active presence across the globe. Through collaboration with its partners, the forum aimed to address the challenges faced by humanitarian workers and volunteers, while dedicating all possible efforts to alleviate the suffering of those affected by disasters and crises.

Following the opening session, the forum's panel discussions began, where the first panel was titled "Saudi Red Crescent Authority and Aid." It covered several topics, including the authority's history in response and relief efforts, its roles and responsibilities, and its preparedness for external response.

The second panel of the forum was a discussion panel titled "We've arrived... what's next?" covering various topics. The third panel, titled "Opportunity for Improvement," focused on the role of partnerships in humanitarian work and their importance in the success of participating organizations.

The forum concluded its panel discussions with a number of recommendations that will contribute to developing and unifying efforts to better respond to humanitarian challenges locally and globally.

The forum also included a number of meetings and stories from participants in providing relief to the victims of earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.

H.E Dr. Jalal Al Owaisi, the President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, expressed his anticipation that the outputs and recommendations reached by the participants in the panel discussions would have a positive impact on humanitarian support services in disasters and crises. He called for joint efforts to activate the forum's recommendations and transform them into a tangible reality. He concluded his speech by thanking the participating teams and organizers for their efforts in making the forum a success.
