Saudi Red Crescent Authority launched a new awareness campaign with a title "Saving a soul" to spread awareness and social education on first aids especially on how to use Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) that installed by the Authority at several public areas in contribution of saving lives of heart attack victims.

The president of SRCA, dr. Jalal bin Mohammed Al Owaisi, stated that this campaign represents efforts of the Authority to spread awareness of the importance to learn first aid and knowing its necessity in saving lives of innocent souls. His excellency expressed his wishes for everyone to participate in the campaign by pledging to learn the basics of first aid; and insuring that the Authority is ready to provide training for everyone regardless the number of the participants.
