SRCA has launched the Resuscitation Quality Improvement Program (RQI) in the presence of Dr. Mustafa Baljoun, Director General of the Authority’s Branch in the Makkah Region, and Mubarakah Al-Dosari, Director General of the General Administration of Training and Community Education.
The program has been accredited by the executive management of the American Heart Association, represented by Chris D'Esposito, Senior Vice President for International Relations at the American Heart Association, and in the presence of Doaa Al-Habib, General Manager of the American Heart Association in the Kingdom.
The program aims to improve the quality of resuscitation and ensure the proficiency of its providers by offering high-quality training programs and simulations in health facilities. Additionally, the program includes the design and implementation of programs, the exchange of experiences within committees and scientific activities, the involvement of training and evaluation staff, and cooperation in consultancy, studies, research, innovation support, and community initiatives.
The launch of the program is part of the Authority’s efforts to develop and enhance the capabilities of human resources through collaboration with local and international specialized bodies and associations, leveraging expertise and studies to ensure an advanced level for the Authority’s staff and health professionals. This program contributes to the development of health services provided in the Kingdom and achieves the objectives of the Health Sector Development and Quality Program in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
