During the meeting, the Committee discussed the topics listed on its agenda, which included developing plans for its activities for the year 2023, particularly in training and promoting the culture of international humanitarian law in accordance with the Kingdom's international obligations. The Committee urged the coordination and unification of official efforts to achieve this goal.

Furthermore, the Committee discussed ways to enhance local and international strategic partnerships that would highlight the Kingdom's outstanding efforts in this field. The Committee also emphasized the importance of developing specific mechanisms to activate scientific research.
