Community Partnership Agreement Signed Between Saudi Red Crescent in the Eastern Province and Saudi German Hospital Dammam to Support Volunteer Programs

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority branch in the Eastern Province signed today, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, a community partnership agreement with Saudi German Hospital in Dammam. The agreement aims to support the Authority’s volunteer initiatives that target community members.

Representing the Authority at the signing was Dr. Khalid bin Radi Al Enzi, Director General of the Eastern Province branch, while the hospital was represented by its CEO, Dr. Ahmed Shehata.

Under the agreement, the hospital will support the “Let’s Achieve a Number” volunteer initiative, which focuses on training community members in first aid at high-footfall locations. The hospital will also participate in community awareness programs through its specialized medical staff.

Dr. Khalid Al Enzi welcomed the signing of the agreement, stressing that it reflects the hospital’s commitment to its social responsibility and its role in serving the community and promoting public health in the Eastern Province. He added that the agreement underscores both parties’ interest in enhancing social responsibility and enriching volunteer initiatives through joint collaboration, thereby achieving a sustainable impact that protects individuals during emergency situations.

This agreement comes as part of the Authority’s initiatives to strengthen its humanitarian work in partnership with the private sector, reinforcing the concept of social responsibility and aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
