Red Crescent in Makkah Receives ISO Accreditation for Quality Management System

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority branch in Makkah region has been awarded the international ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for its Quality Management System, after successfully meeting global quality standards and implementing best administrative and organizational practices.

This accreditation comes as a culmination of the branch’s efforts to develop institutional work and enhance the efficiency of its emergency and humanitarian services, contributing to improved performance and beneficiary satisfaction.

Mr. Hassan bin Hussein Nafi’, Director General of the Saudi Red Crescent branch in Makkah region, commended the efforts of all branch staff and relevant departments, praising this achievement as aligned with the Authority’s commitment to institutional excellence and adherence to the highest quality standards in serving the community.

He affirmed that obtaining the ISO certification serves as a motivation to double efforts and continue the path of ongoing development and improvement, in line with the aspirations of the leadership, and reinforces the Authority’s role as a leading entity in humanitarian and emergency work.
