Saudi Red Crescent Authority’s Eastern Province Branch Awarded ISO 9001:2025 Quality Management Certification

The Eastern Province branch of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority has been awarded the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2025 Quality Management Certification. This prestigious certification is granted to organizations that successfully meet international quality management standards and is considered one of the most globally recognized certifications in the field of institutional excellence and performance improvement.

Dr. Khalid bin Radi Al Enzi, Director General of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority’s Eastern Province branch, emphasized that achieving this milestone reflects the Authority’s ongoing efforts to enhance both emergency medical and administrative operations in line with the highest international quality standards. He highlighted that the branch’s development initiatives have focused on optimizing procedures to ensure service efficiency, prioritizing beneficiaries, raising satisfaction levels, improving operational performance, reducing errors and waste, and continuously developing systems and human resources.
