Saudi Red Crescent in Makkah Region Announces Volunteer Work Statistics for November 2025

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah Region has announced the volunteer work statistics for November 2025, reflecting a notable growth in community participation and the enhanced role of male and female volunteers in various humanitarian and service initiatives.

The statistics recorded a total of 7,996 volunteers who contributed their efforts to diverse programs and initiatives within the Authority’s services, accumulating a total of 65,968 volunteer hours during the month. Male volunteers numbered 6,536, while female volunteers reached 1,460, demonstrating broad community engagement across all segments.

Regarding volunteer opportunities, the region achieved a total of 3,433 opportunities, distributed as follows:

  • Makkah (Al-Masjid Al-Haram area): 602 opportunities
  • Jeddah: 1,110 opportunities
  • Ta’if: 428 opportunities

November also witnessed several notable participations, including the fourth Honey Festival opening, Sickle Cell Anemia exhibition, water supply (Saqiya Al-Maa) initiative, Emulation and giving initiative (Iqtida’ wa Ata’a), , Gulf Diabetes Week events, services for the Guests of Allah. The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah Region invited all those interested in volunteering to register through the “Volunteer with us” platform, encouraging community participation and contributing to supporting the humanitarian and service programs offered by the Authority.
