In addition, the branch was also awarded ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems, following its successful compliance with global quality standards and implementation of best administrative and organizational practices.
This accomplishment reflects the branch’s commitment to improving the work environment and enhancing quality and safety standards in line with the highest international benchmarks, thereby strengthening institutional performance and advancing emergency medical services provided to beneficiaries.
Dr. Mamdouh bin Nahi Al-Ruwaili, Director General of Al Jouf branch of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, affirmed that obtaining these international certifications demonstrates the branch’s dedication to adopting best practices in quality management and occupational health and safety. He emphasized that this achievement was made possible by the grace of Allah and through the efforts and high professionalism of the branch’s staff.
Dr. Al-Ruwaili further noted that this international accreditation will contribute to reducing risks, improving the work environment, and raising beneficiary satisfaction levels.
