His Excellency president of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, Dr. Jalal bin Mohammed Al-Owaisi, has issued a decision appointing Mr. Fawaz bin Mohsen bin Fawaz Al Shibani as the General Director of the Corporate Communications General Department

Al Shibani holds two master's degrees in Marketing Management from the United States of America and in Business Administration from the United Kingdom with diverse practical experiences over 21 years in various sectors, including institutional development, quality of services for travelers in the Civil Aviation Authority, and media affairs in Saudi Telecommunications Company.
